Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted on unused, undamaged physical products within 14 days.

Digital products are final sale.

Non Returnable Items

• Digital files

• Written in journals

• Items not in original condition

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 5 days with a photo so we can replace it.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for processing.

Order Changes

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours if processing has not begun.

Lost Packages

If tracking stops updating or a package is marked delivered but missing, contact us within 5 days.
